Here is another great piece from the very talented Theresa. This type of woodwoorking is called Intarsia. Each part in the piece is individually cut out, then sanded and shaped, painted, and is then glued back together. There is also a plywood backing on the back to make it strong and sturdy. It is also coated with polyurethane. It has a "sawtooth" hanger on the back so that it may be hung and displayed. This particular piece measures 13 1/2" wide x 21 1/2" tall x 1" thick. THE POST OFFICE WILL NOT ALLOW THIS TO SHIP FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. WHEN PACKAGED IT WEIGHS OVER FOUR POUNDS AND HAS TO GO PRIORITY.
